Prime 2.2 Wrong PID in Licence file, VUDI via CLI ?

Hi,

is it possible to get the PI VUDI via the cli? Under administration->licenses we get the error "Wrong PID in Licence file".

I tried to re-create the license via the license team but they need to know the vudi, the problem is that we cannot open administration->settings->appliance. So how can we get the vudi without the gui?

Hi Andre,

Prime Infrastructure 2.2 does not support VUDI in GUI.

just  provide them correct serial number using the below procedure:

Administration > Settings > Appliance

Hi,

your licensing team is asking me for a VUDI for PI 2.2 :)

And actually "the problem is that we cannot open administration->settings->appliance".

I will open a case for this.
