Prime 3.0 Partial Collection Failure

Hello,

I am geting this on ASA Contexts. It is passing all auth tests with SNMP and SSH. I can get a full Archive, but very little else. Is this expected or is there an issue?

Dear johndorsch,

are you discovering the ASA automatically,

if so try to discover it manually and try again

also increase the SNMP Parameters :

Retries : 5

SNMP Timeout : 40 (sec)

I am doing a manual add. Same result with the retry and timeout you suggested. thanks again!!

I opened a case and got word that ASA contexts are not supported as per the bug – CSCup11361.

Bummer...

Tech advised we push for enhancement request.
