Hi All,

I am facing very slow performance from login to toggle between tabs and pages. Attached is the disk usage of the prime. Looks like the opt folder is quite full. Need expertise advise here

Hi

Hi

We have over a 1000 devices in Prime globally often face the same issue every 3 months or so  , we reboot it , it clears all processes and gets it going again at full speed , takes about 15 minutes for it to restart and come back online to GUI pages

Restarting Prime Infrastructure

Step 1 Open a CLI session with the Prime Infrastructure server (see Connecting Via CLI).

Step 2 Enter the following command to stop the Prime Infrastructure server or appliance:

PIServer/admin# ncs stop

Step 3 Wait for the previous command to complete.

Step 4 Enter the following command to restart the Prime Infrastructure server or appliance:

PIServer/admin# ncs start

Hi Mark,

Hi Mark,

The slowness is seen even after restarting the prime. But I didn't restart using CLI. Let me try out this method and see if it helps.

 - Did you size your prime

 - Did you size your prime installation according to your network size (e.g.) ? -> Checkout these links for starters :
