We've just installed a couple of ASR1002HX in our network and want to manage them and run AVC in Prime 3.1. Seems the routers are not supported in Prime yet? Anyone knows about an ETA on a device-pack for ASR1002HX support?

Those just started shipping. They aren't supported as of Prime Infrastructure 3.1 Device Pack 4 (released 30 September).
Cisco has been putting out Device Packs monthly but doesn't announce in advance what will be in them. You might be able to get a roadmap projection under non-disclosure agreement if you contact your account manager.
Otherwise you just need to watch for Device Pack updates and check the supported devices list here:

If you're asking about the current state of support in Prime Infrastructure, please refer to the link I posted earlier.
In it you will see that Prime Infrastructure Device Pack 7 introduced support for the ASR 1002-HX. DP 7 was released in February 2017. (The ASR 1002-HX is also supported in the recently released PI 3.2.)
