Hi,
I've got some problem using prime 3.1 : the ip address of some clients are not available while others are ok
Don't undestand why : clients connected to the same switch, with the same configuration (static ip)
Any idea to help me ?

Hi,
this is a bug CSCvb71114.
It's fixed with Patch 5.

Hi There,
If you are not into the same scenario as mentioned in the bug, you need to check the switch/router to which the clients are connected.
the switch/router should be managed in Prime Infras and the arp entries for the endpoints should be updated and available in the router.
