I'm not able to log in to Prime after holidays. This is a VM server running with recommended spec.
Have to reboot the box to get a response. MSG coming up after is "echo 0> proc/sys/kernel/hung_task_timeout_secs" this keeps scrolling, not able to log in, gui just has spinning timer
Have logged a call with out support company who have in turned logged a call with TAC, this was last week, still waiting for a response.
So while waiting for support company or TAC to respond has any one got any suggestions on this?
After a power off the host and restart, there is a short time before the issues starts.
any help much appreciated.
