Have you checked your bookmark to Prime Infrastructure? If you bookmark PI on a specific page it will direct you to log in if you're not already but after the login the page linked to will still load (in this case the Configuration Archive settings page).
To test this, log off of PI and remove everything but the IP or hostname of your server in the address bar and log in from there.
PI should always direct you to the home Dashboard page unless a direct link is used.
