Prime Infrastructure 2.2

Having a little problem with PI2.2.  I am unable to access the web interface.  I can access CLI and the shell.  I have tried to reset the root password without success.

PI/admin# ncs webroot enable
ERROR : Unable to enable root account (db update error)

I have also created a new user with admin privileges but still unable to access the web.  Anybody have any ideas.

Does the web UI appear and you just don't have an account whose credentials work for access?

Or does the web UI not appear at all?

Yes, I seen the thread.  Went through all the suggested steps.  No success.  Thanks for your reply.
