Hey, folks.
Since we upgraded our CPI from 3.0 to 3.1, all WISM2 modules (installed in a Cat6500 VSS) cannot be accessed by CPI using SSH any more.
All things like sync/audit/inventory etc. fail with the reason "Wrong CLI credentials", allthough using the same credential-set on prime as before ....
However, the credentials work fine when connecting via SSH or https to the same WISMs manually (i.e. with putty).
Any clues on that ??
CPI version: 3.1.3
Device Packs installed: Prime Infrastructure 3.1 Device Pack 1-3

Hi Frank,
If you are using SNMPv3 then try to use SNMPv2 Only and see how it works
Thanks-

Hi,
we are already using smnpv2 and ssh in the credential profiles, that still works for all other wlc models (2504, 55xx), it did work on the wism2, too, but does not any more since the upgrade to CPI 3.1.

Hi, We're having the same problem with Prime 3.1 and WISM2, credentials are working perfectly when connecting directly to the controller but through Prime I get a Collection Failure.
