Prime Infrastructure 3.10.2 and Device Pack 1

Hi,

I made upgrade PI from 3.10 update 1 with Device pack 1 to 3.10.1 and later to final 3.10.2.

and its important notes:

When your system is running with Prime Infrastructure 3.10 or 3.10 Update 01 or 3.10.1 and upgraded to Prime Infrastructure 3.10.2, please do not install the Prime Infrastructure 3.10 - Device Pack 1 separately. By default, the Prime Infrastructure 3.10 - Device Pack 1 is installed during upgrade of Prime Infrastructure 3.10.2

I did not install this patch seperatly. I got the server which has already installed this device pack with.

I installed over 3.10.1 and later I had to install 3.10.2.

Now after reload I am getting info from PI, there is new update the same Device Pack 1 from April same year.

I have tried to install it and I got information that Device Pack 1 is already installed in 3.10.2.

What can I do with this now ?

It seems a bug. Important note describes different situation from mine. I had at the beggining already Device Pack 1 installed.

Nowhere in release notes is description how to deal with this.

 - These kind of problems,  and also because your Prime versions are fairly recent , can most of the time only be handled in cooperation with Cisco TAC.

So TAC case was finished with this BUG ID: https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwb78348

you have to put the ID again to search window, than you will get it.

It has the status open severity 3.

I have found out new issue:

Later clearing cache and cokies remove this issue.
