Hi Anybody,
we're facing an issue with old Client Session History stored in Prime DB and are not deleted, even if it shold.
In Administration --> Settings --> System Settings --> Client and User --> Client --> Data Retention we set the following:
- Disassociated clients: 7 (days)
- Client session history: 14 (days)
- Number of Rows To Keep: 1000000
Following screenshot shows the actual state:
There are 54 Million Rows, even if we configured a maximum of 1 Million Rows to keep.
DB size is huge (maybe because of this?).
What we tried to mitigate this issue was:
- reboot
- ncs cleanup
Nothing helped.
