This is an observation we made. I just want to share the experience we made just in case someone else stumbles upon the same situation and finds this post while googling about the topic hoping, they are not alone. After installation of the Update 01 on our Prime Infrastrutcture 3.4 we couldnt use the compliance audit part of the appliance anymore.
Update that destroyed it: PI_3_4_2_Update_01-1.0.2.ubf - Update 01 for PI 3.4.2
The compliance runs fine in the background. It even takes longer if you select more devices to be checked. I can see prime logs into the devices while the audit is running. Once the audit is finished, i want to get to the detailed page, but the page is just white. There are no findings nor green checkmarks, the page ist empty. After going back to a situation from before the upgrade (we are back on Build 3.4.0.0.348 right now) the issue is gone and everything went back to normal.
