Prime Infrastructure and NAM integration

Hello,

I am trying to integrate NAM with Prime 2.2.2, as per docs ,the first step is to add the NAM as a data source in the prime GUI.

Services > Application Visibility & Control > NAM Application Servers. Then we add the ip address of the NAM, afterwords we have to "add to nam servers list". But, i am not able to add this ip address at this stage (the "add" button is closed )as per the attached diagram.

Am i missing something?
