I already set tacacs for Cisco PI NCS GUI and it works great and I can help anyone who have question regards it. But I am trying to set tacacs for Cisco PI NCS CLI mode.

Right now for some reason I think my shell at acs tacacs is not configured correctly. ACS is unable to authorized to PI
I set it up shell at acs 5.8 like this:
set user = <same remote username at cisco PI NCS>
set role0 = Admin
set role1=Password
