Does anybody knows how Prime create Dashboards and where I can manage their?

I have read this manual, but I want to know logic of the dashbords, how it's working. For example, I create custom template, and naturally I want to see results as a dashboard... But I can't create dashboard manually.

And no word about it in the manual.
