Does anyone know what can I do if I want to collect all my wired clients inventory from prime infrastructure web page, but we have the PC's connected to an IP phone. I opened a TAC case and the engineer told me to add the Call Manager to my PI inventory so that way the CUCM would be as a controller and it should get all the phone inventory. Is it possible from a PI server? Or do we need to acquire Prime Collaboration? I have tied but at this point haven't
The goal is to obtain an inventory of our devices connected to our switches, but where I have connecte an IP phone, in the PI web interface shows me "No data available" and where I don't have IP phones connected I can see the info of my clients. We have PI 2.2.
