Prime Infrastructure Wirless Voice Troubleshooting Enablement
Looking for advice and guidance on the best method to monitor Wirless performance of the voice network. We currently have PI 2.2 installed and am having trouble seeing any data in regards to how the radios are performing woth voice traffic (RTP).
-how do I get data populated in the wireless radio performance voice and video dash let, currently see "none"ii
Choose Monitor > Wireless Technologies > Media Streams. The Media Streams page appears showing the list of media streams configured across controllers. I don't see any data here, is this license enabled? Is there extra configuration required.
-will enabling AVC and Netflow get me the data I need. Are there network risks as far as performance.
- what other strategies can I use to show degraded wireless voice performance.
- what alarms and traps can be generated based on poor RTP PACKET PERFORMANCE.
- should we upgrade to 3.0, are there any features we need to better monitor.
