Prime partial collection WLC

Hello,

We have installed Prime infrastructure version 3.2.1 with latest DP (2).
We where able to connect the Prime to the WLC but it fails the credentials checks for HTTPS (also the user is OK).

When the Prime collect the information about the WLC we see partial collection, and doesn't list the APs.

In the errors it display device not reachable.

WLC type 5520.

What do you mean by this sentence, are the user and password correctly entered in Prime (otherwise the credentials check should not fail).

Used the same credentials that we use to login to the device, and the same as the SSH.

 - In any case the verify credentials check should work, when the controller is added in Prime, fix this problem first. Possibly add a test admin-account on the controller with a simple password (for instance). Then use this account for Prime-access (again for testing purposes).

Already did that, use simple username password
