Hi all,

we have problem importing IOS (details are in the subject) in LMS 4.0.1. The error we obtain is: "SWM0009: Could not extract image attributes. Check whether it is supported by Software Management". The MD5 of my local file is the same of the one reported by Cisco site (http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/release.html?mdfid=282201754&softwareid=280805680&release=15.2.4S&flowid=843).

No helps reading https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/639266.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

If it is an option, try cisco.com option and try to add it to repository.

Unfortunately is not an option.

Thank you.

If the image is already running on one of the device, try importing it. Just to make sure no issues with the image.

As you are trying to copy it from the local file system, try to give file a permission rw to all users. A new download from cisco.com is recommended with correct MD5 value and try to add it to repository again.
