Problem with clustered 3560s in RME LMS 3.1 CM5.1.1

Having created the commander and members of a 3560 cluster in Common Services device management, I find that Campus Manager sees all members and interconnections after data collection, however RME collects only the config for the commander module. All the member configs are duplicates of the commander config. An earlier post suggests that this was a known problem, is it not yet fixed?

This may happen if you're using SNMP/TFTP to fetch the configurations. If you use telnet or SSH, then the configs should be fetched from each member by using rcommand on the cluster commander.

Thanks for that. After I posted the message we discovered that devices added as type CMS offer no User Tracking data in Device Center. At this point it was decided to "uncluster" and add all the devices as "Standard". With CiscoWorks in place we decided there was no real added value to the clustering.

No, clusters are not supported in User Tracking since that would require devices to support two-way community string indexing which has not (and probably will not) be implemented.
