Problems verifying image on flash

And yes, I've tried flash:/, flash1:/, flash2:/ etc...tried every combination but it won't work. I've never had any problems verifying an image before, so I don't understand.

try in bold exemple below;

If you dont need input /md5, run commands below and try again without /md5

SW# configure terminal

SW(CONFIG)# file verify auto

I faced the same issue while upgrading IOS version from E5 to E8:
