PSIRT and EOX reports missing

Hello, we have a customer with a physical Cisco Gen 2 Prime Infrastructure Server and they want to generate reports of this type. To do that we have to turn on the Compliance Services feature from Administration > System Settings > Sever but this option is missing. Do I have to do something preliminary or the Cisco’s docs are not up to date and this feature is missing from PI 3?

We had a problem with getting our reports working.  Turns out it is a bug: CSCux44760

I had to open a TAC case to get it resolved.

Hello, I have a similar problem with Cisco PI 2.2
When I go to the Administration > Server Settings > Compliance Service, the option is missing and appears this message "This feature is being re-architected and will be available in a future release."

Hey its not in 2.2 by default Cisco have it disabled , you need 3.0 for compliance to function

Important Notes

This section contains important notes about Cisco Prime Infrastructure.

  • Due to a technical/architectural problem, the Compliance Service process is disabled in Prime Infrastructure 2.2. As a result of this, the PSIRT compliance reports and the EoX device reports are not available in Prime Infrastructure 2.2. These reports are expected to be available in the next version of Prime Infrastructure.
