Qos per-IP (user) ASA 5525-X with SW

Good afternoon, the next question is if the ASA 5525-X with SW is capable of carrying out a Qos policy by IP.

What I want is to restrict the bandwidth per user so that a single user does not collapse the entire network, however what I have achieved are Qos policies by access lists and restrict the bandwidth in an entire subnet when what I I want is to restrict it but for each IP.

Thats not the best to do it, until you looking some management task to all IP in switch QOS config

what switch model and IOS code ?
