QoS Policing Config

Please could someone write an example configuration for QoS policing/shaping for bandwidth control.

I am wanting to limit a customers upload speed to 10mbps and download speed to 20mbps. They come into the ISP Core router on fa0/0. All traffic on this interface will want to be controlled.

please can someone help me with this?

1.  What is your WAN speed? 

2.  What is the model of the router?

3.  Refer to the attachment below for the maximum speed the router is "rated" to do.

1. Wan Speed for the ISP is 200 symmetrical.

2. Router is an 1921.

3. I cannot see the router on the attachment you sent

1921 is NOT designed for 200 Mbps.
