Question about monitor specific traffic

Dear all

I have a question about OID to monitor specific traffic

I have a Cisco router connect to internet. Now, i want to define a list which contain some ip address. After that, i want to get the OID of this list.

My purpose is: monitor input and ouput  to/from these ip in the defined list. So, can someone tell me the way to do that ?
