Question about software packages for Prime 3.10 version

Hi everyone, I just made a fresh Prime 3.10 version installation and I want to know the sequence of the additional software to be installed. I mean, there is 1 x patch software and 1 x device pack software. I want to know which one goes first. thanks

i go with device pack and patch later.

Do you have any idea WHY I am getting the following MAJOR alarms from a fresh install on 3.10 for which I used OVA?

-APIC-EM Site Sync (Job to mirror Sites and devices information from APIC to the Supporting PI Instance):This job has not started at scheduled time 2021-10-06 19:04:10.176

-Post PnP Image Upgrade (Runs on demand from Post PnP for Mobility Expresss Controllers to perform Software Image Distribution and Activation):This job has not started at scheduled time 2021-10-06 19:03:36.448

You can ignore them or go to jobs and disable them if you do not need those jobs.
