"no service config" not found on "show run"

Hi professional, i have applied the command"no service config" on our C3850 switch. However that command not found on "show run". Is this cmd not compatible with my switch or something i mis-config ? thanks dear.

IOS version is:

Cisco IOS Software, IOS-XE Software, Catalyst L3 Switch Software (CAT3K_CAA-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 03.07.04E RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

Coz need to comply with IT Audit baseline.

try show run all - you see hdden default commands.
