Report PSIRT/EOX when Report option is set to local

Hello,

With LMS4.0.1 , I cannot do  an EoS/EoL software report when Report Option is set to "Local".

I copied the 2 files "EOX_SOFTWARE.zip" and "PSIRT_EOX_OFFLINE.txt" in the directory:

CSCOpx\files\rme\jobs\inventory\reports\EOX_PSIRT\local_xml

The error message is:

1. No EoS/EoL software data available in the LMS database for the selected device(s).
2. PSIRT/EOX system job might not have run, or might have failed.
3. You might have entered the wrong cisco.com credentials.

However, I can do an EoS/EoL Hardware report, (not a software)

I tried also to decompress the EOX_SOFTWARE.zip.

Have you an idea ?

I experience the same problem.

I have LMS 4.0.1 on a Win 2008 R2 server.

Configured on local EOX/PSIRT.

in the local_xml folder, I have :

- EOX_SOFTWARE.zip

- PSIRT_EOX_OFFLINE.txt

Both with casuser full access on it.

How could I solve this issue please ?

Hello,

Finaly it works, with my LMS.

I think you need first to schedule a job in:

Admin> Network> PSIRT/EOS and EOL Settings> PSIRT/EOX system job schedule

And than, only after the job has been sucessufully done, you can do a report.
