Hi there,
actually I'm trying to use EoL-Report feature in RME 4.2.
Unfortunately the machine is not connected to the internet, therefor I tried to use the EoX-offline report feature.
Trying to download the required file (local_xml) via the state URL in docs (RME 4.2 Chapter 23) the link seems to be dead.
Download-Link:
http://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/front.x/eox/RME_PSIRT_DETAILS.pl?action=download
Doc-Link:
Are there any other possibilities to download that required file?
Thanks for any feedback

Thought I'll re-use this existing thread even though I'm having slightly different issue.
I'd downloaded the EOX offline report and put it in the appropriate directory successfully. I'm also able to generate a PSIRT report successfully.
However, when I'm trying to generate a EOS/EOL report..it will always fail and the reason for failure is "Unable to get data from Local files. Check files are available or not. Try again later".
Looking at the job log, it shows "ERROR,[main],com.cisco.nm.rmeng.inventory.reports.util.EOXDBUtil,updateDevicetable,472,SQL Anywhere Error -638: Right truncation of string datacom.sybase.jdbc2.jdbc.SybSQLException: SQL Anywhere Error -638: Right truncation of string data"
It is very strange that the same offline file can generate PSIRT report but not EOX report..can someone shed some light on this please?
Thx very much in advance.

Hi Joe,
unfortunately download of PSIRT_EoX offline files is still not possible.
Do you know whether there are any known problems?
Any possibility to get offline-files, as we need them for reporting?
Thanks a lot for your feedback

Es war mir ein Vergnügen, Herr Mueller. I can't help it but remember this Louis De Funes moment
