I have been trying to collect additional data to our Prime 3.0 wihtout any success. I am using Cisco 3650 series switches and have been collecting with Flexible NetFlow the normal data traffic to Prime, which works fine. When trying to collect Voice & Video related data via performance monitoring, I do not get any data to Prime.
I have configured the switch with mediatrace responder and service policies without any luck
