Running SNMP on Ubuntu

Hi guys! Im doing some labs and want to try an SNMP server to check my local network (currently 1x 1841 router and a 2960 switch) and i want to monitor them from UBUNTU. 

I just did this on a vmware machine running windows, and it work out well (PRTG) and i want to run some similar program but in ubuntu. Which one would you recommend? Im looking for something easy to manage just like PRTG...

Im new in linux so i get really lost if there is no GUI ...

Depends on your experience, read the conttent and install...all of them to easy to install many how-to available.

from ubunut you can just install with apt-get
