Hi dear

How can i apply schedule event in my c3925 router?

I would like to run event manager to clear ip dhcp conflict everyday at 6pm.

My router is causing dhcp conflict issue everyday

Hi @iniestha.aung ,

Do you know why DHCP conflicts are generated? Maybe the cause can be avoided.

For example, if the conflict is with an IP that is statically assigned, you could exclude it with the command ip dchp excluded-address <ip>

I have excluded some ip and as I check with user, they are saying they didn't assign static ip in their device.

Router#sh run | i ip dhcp exclude

ip dhcp excluded-address 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.99

ip dhcp excluded-address 10.10.8.1 10.10.8.20

*Apr 15 07:41:24.839: %DHCPD-4-DECLINE_CONFLICT: DHCP address conflict: client 0170.f087.d722.75 declined 10.10.11.154.

*Apr 15 07:46:15.855: %DHCPD-4-DECLINE_CONFLICT: DHCP address conflict: client 0120.ab37.2d52.f5 declined 10.10.11.170.

*Apr 15 08:09:29.827: %DHCPD-4-DECLINE_CONFLICT: DHCP address conflict: client 01f8.2d7c.f0e7.7c declined 10.10.11.247.



My temporary solution right now is clear ip conflict when users are having issue.
