SDM and a 2600 router

Hi,

I am assuming the reason that SDM won't recognize SSH or Telnet user and/or passwords is becuase I am trying to connect SDM to a plain 2611, as opposed to a 2611XM? What's the difference between the two routers? I got SDM installed on a XP Home box (also tried an XP Pro), which it says it doesn't support, so I was hoping that those two little letters in the router version wouldn't be that much of a challenge. I guess it was. On a side note, SDM supports Windows ME, for pete's sake, and it doesn't officially support XP Home! What's up with that?

Thanks

Hi

You can check out the differences between different 2600 models in the below mentioned link under Cisco 2600 Series System Specifications.
