SDN and Openflow within GNS3

I am looking to test SDN and Open flow capabilitties within a virtual enviorment e.g GNS3 - is this possible and if so what code will support this

None of our IOS devices support OpenFlow today.  The Nexus 3000 switch does via a downloadable OpenFlow plugin or agent.  If you want an OpenFlow testbed, consider using Mininet (http://mininet.org).

Thanks Jospeph , i take it that XR also does not support openflow as well and the only code at this stage is nexus OX ?

The ASRK9K running 5.1.1 has OpenFlow support.

Indeed, i'm trying to find some way to simulate openflow and packet tracer.

I spoke too soon.  The OpenFlow support in XR is not official yet.  It will be officially supported in 5.2.1 due out some time this summer.  At that time, documentation will be available.
