Securing the console port?

Does anyone know how to have access and chages over the console port be sent in a log to a syslog server? I am using a Catalyst 3750.

I do not know of a way to send reports of access and of changes made to a syslog. I routinely use aaa accounting which can easily send accounting records for every successful access and can generate accounting records for configuration commands and send these records to an ACS server. But I am not aware of how to send it to syslog.
