I have a serious problem
I'm a senior network administrator in a huge company. my section includes 10 PCs one of them is my manager PC.
the problem is that the manager's PC isn't accessible by all hosts of the network although rest of machines are accessible. when anyone tries to ping the manager he fails but for surprise when the amnager pinges abyone he succeeded and the connection is up. to let anyone see the manager's shared files he must get access to his PC first and then this one could get what he wants from the manager.
all the machines works with Win XP SP2.
i try to disable NetBIOS and let TCP/IP overrides him but the problem didn't get solved.
Please help me in solving this problem and tell me why it happens?!!!!!

This is probably due to the firewall on the manager's PC. Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Windows Firewall.
You might want to contact Microsoft for additional information.

Dear Sir:
I'm sure that the firewall on the manager's PC is disabled, and that is the reason i launch my problem to be solved
