smart agent communication error with smart licensing cloud

Hi community!

 

I have a Cisco Smart Software Satellite(Versio 6.3.0)

It seems to me that the Synchronisation ist not working anymore/hanged up

The Synchornisation is still running since 4 days and does not finish

In the Firepower Management Center the Licenses are shown correctly but I get following error message

 

I have checked the ports on the firewall and i pinged the cisco cloud server. Both are ok

Has anyone an idea?

You need to update your FMC, some root CA certificates have been decommissioned.

As I read this info you should have synchronized before 25-aug-2019, but that did not succeed

so on 28-aug-2019 smart license authorization expired.

i'd check under button "actions"  if you can kill the current synchronization and start a new one
