Not possible, from network management and security viewpoint snmp security is implemented (too) by using access lists, so that only network-manager-(hosts) and tools, can issue snmp requests to the switch(es)
(besides using a non-default snmp-community (string ), of course)

Hi,
SNMPv2-MIB::sysDescr is a read-only OID.
If you wish restrict its access you could setup ACL with SNMP views.
