snmp for one device only

Hello,
I have enabled SNMP on the 2960 switch and would like only one device (PC) to be able to monitor, block everything and release only one ip;

How should I proceed?

try below config :

snmp-server community public RO 5   < you enabling SNMP with community with ACL
access-list 5 permit x.x.x.x   <-- X.x.x.x is IP address to allow polling SNMP Server

Will this block all other ips?

you can also do as below :

snmp-server host x.x.x.x  public  ( x.x.x.x is IP address to allow and Public is community)
