Hi Ibrahim,

Is your Windows/Solaris-firewall of LMS-server activated?  If yes, did you also opened udp162 at the Windows-firewall?

Traps you can see at Fault History of DFM (Monitoring => Events).

If the Windows SNMP-Trapd was running during LMS installation, LMS will move the trap listener to udp9000 silently until you configure LMS back to standard udp162 for SNMP traps.

Hi Ibrahim,

Go to ::  Admin > Collection Settings > Fault > Fault Monitoring Device Administration

You need to make sure the device is in KNOWN state under DFM.

If above is correct then you can check suggestion given by Steffen..

Thanks
