Hi All!
I need some help regarding SNMP version 3 configuration.
We have Cisco 3750, 2960, 2950 switches. And Cisco Router 3845.
SNMP configuration on Cisco 3750-G & Core Router-3845:
snmp-server view Test-View iso included
snmp-server group My-Group v3 priv read Test-View
snmp-server user Cisco My-Group v3 auth sha 6Ab745128@122644 priv des privacy@123
The above configuration works fine on Cisco 3750-G-Switch. And I am to able to add Sensor on PRTG. But it's not working on Cisco 3845-Router.
Need Guidance:
Thanks in Advance.

- snmp v3 functionality has been prone to bugs. Make sure to use an advisory software release on problematic devices.

Can you please explain more what is advisory software release?

- When you go to https://software.cisco.com/download/home , you can use your device model and look for software releases flagged with a gold-star (best version advised by cisco), but apparently for the 3845 this will no longer apply because the device is no longer supported : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/obsolete/routers/cisco-3845-integrated-services-router.html
