Software Images in Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2 not confirm my cisco account

Hi.
I have problem when i try importing image from source cisco.com. (Inventory > Device Management > Software Images > Import) 
After enter my account i see next message "Failed to verify the User credentials." this option worked fine in previos version prime infrastructure.
And cisco account works fine because no problem with access to support cases (TAC) from prime infrastructure.

If your PI is behind a proxy server you may be hitting bug CSCus40557.

Two affected releases are 2.1(2) & 2.2
