HI ,
I have cisco prime 2.2 Gen1 appliance , I am running cisco infrastructure 2.2 on it and now i want take support from the Cisco to open a valid TAC case with them . Can anyone advise if i need to buy any special license for for the same .

No but the appliance must be attached to a valid Service Contract for TAC support.

I already have the Smart net covered for Hardware , will this be good . Or i need to get any other contract signed .

Give it a try: Send an email to TAC and provide the serial number of the appliance. The Entitlements Team will respond if the service contract support creating TAC Case or not.
