You can do a Software Update on LMS 4.0 from :
Admin > System > Software Center >Software Update.
Though if you are used to the LMS 3.2 and old navigation system, you can still use the legacy navigation system from LMS 4.x as well, along with the Mega menu :
The main spirit behind the consistent megamenu and the legacy navigation was to make sure that more time is spent in dealing with the issues that need more attention, that is, networking issues, and not on CiscoWorks navigation issues.
