Some Devices in DCR not in Campus Manager

I've found 5 3560 switches that are in the DCR but won't sync into CM. I've tried deleting them, readding etc. but they still don't show up. Any idea why this might be? we have over 700 other 3560s that work fine...

LMS3.1, ACS Integrated, Windows 2k3

a couple of things to check:

Are they in ACS ?

What version of LMS are you running ?

Are your device packages up to date ?

yes they're in ACS. The devices show up in RME and DFM, just not CM. LMS 3.1, packages are current.
