Hi,
Did Some ever tried to manage windows and unix servers with ciscoworks. All I need is to monitor: availability, CPU usage, Disk USage, Memory usage.

There is no such functionality in CiscoWorks.

As nhabib said, this is not possible. CiscoWorks is for Cisco devices only and not Unix or Windows servers

Besides the correct answers of Nadim and David, I would suggest that one would be well-served with an installation of MRTG or other such no- or low-cost poller / network management system.
