Hi, I have a cameras network connecting with a number of IE-3000 Cisco switches, when one of these switch turns on, the entire cameras network stop working for a few seconds and then return to work.

- Are you talking about the camera connected to that particular switch ?

Do the IE-3k switches support STP, and if so, is it active?
If so, if newly active switch taking root role, it will cause STP to re-converge, and while doing so, block the whole L2 domain.
If that's happening, you might be able to assign a switch with the root role, avoiding another switch taking the role over. Also, if running STP, if switches support rapid-STP, that variant should, I believe, converge faster.

- Indeed , in that context the port-configuration should also be checked and or host mode , is preferred , as in switchport host
