I have my routers configured to send their SYSLOG messgaes to a UNIX syslog daemon. Currently the routers are configured to send severity level 0 - 6
What I'm trying to do is tell the router that I want level 0 thru 6 but I want to prevent the router from sending a part of the informational alarms, I still want severity INFORMATIONAL but I do not want the following syslog event.
%SEC-6-IPACCESSLOGP: list Log445 denied tcp
We have an ACL configured on the router which causes this alarm.
I am hoping that you can configure the router logging further to still receive INFORMATIONAL but not that particular event.
