SysLog collector working, but doesn't Receive/Forward/Drop any syslog messages from switches

My Syslog Collector works, but does not collect broad logs from switches. I started the Test Collector Subscription  and in the answer have received:

SSL certificate status --  SSL certificates are valid and properly imported

Collector status --  Collector CiscoWorks is up and reachable.

Somebody faced such problem?

I have attached 1 screenshot 3 log files:

AnalyzerDebug.log

SyslogCollector.log

SyslogAnalyzerUI.log

Check in you syslog.log if you see entries from the switches you are after.

Keep in mind that if you have not told you switch what interface it should use to send the syslog with,( e.g. logging interface vlan1), it maybe sent with another IP then you manage the switch on.

LMS cannot associate the syslog with the device in that case
