It looks like you had debug snmp packets or
logging trap debugging turned on and it's sending the snmp traps/responses to your syslog server.
Try removing all SNMP configurations from this device,
the ip address listed in the attachment and as well
make sure all debugging is turned off.
Without the configuration of this device it's hard
to determine.
